Archiv Peter Piller: Von Erde schöner brings together aerial photographs of German single-family homes taken between 1979 and 1983 by a commercial company that offered the pictures to homeowners. After acquiring this archive, artist Peter Piller selected and reorganised the images into unexpected visual categories, revealing the everyday details, patterns and peculiarities of suburban life.
