In the extended interview at the heart of Intermediary Spaces, pioneering composer Éliane Radigue discusses her artistic practice, research, and the historical contexts that shaped her work. The book also includes an annotated list of works and Radigue’s text The Mysterious Power of the Infinitesimal.

From early experiments in electronic music to her later acoustic compositions, Radigue developed a singular approach to sound and listening. In conversation with musician and curator Julia Eckhardt, she reflects on the ideas and methods behind this influential body of work.

A newly expanded edition of the book first published in 2019.
