Domina #2
The second issue of Domina Journal is an exploration of the reformation of both ideals and physical forms. In art and fashion, reform is both an aesthetic shift and a cultural statement.
It's the art of reworking, reviving, and revolutionizing who we are and our ideologies. Reform is innovation and rebellion, it's about shaping what's next. More than an aesthetic shift, it is a cultural statement, a revolution of ideas. It is the art of changing what we create, wear, and experience.
In this issue, Domina dives into the work and vision of revolutionary painter Apolonia Sokol ahead of her upcoming Paris show. We sit down with cover star, Cora Corré and talk about continuing her grandmother's philanthropic legacy at the Vivienne Westwood Foundation, as well as explore the varied background that inspires the work of painter Cassi Namoda. We also feature poetry by Helena Pantsis and fashion editorials from photographers Erika Long, Jingyu Lin, Martina Keenan, Charlotte Ellis etc.
