Common Language is a bilingual French–English magazine initiated by the Chantelle group, exploring fashion, art, design and contemporary culture.

Issue 15 considers journeys beyond geographical borders: through memory, creativity, imagination, clothing, images and virtual worlds. It explores video games as spaces for identity and community, virtual makeup through the work of Ines Alpha, and the histories of appearance in Allures dissidentes. The issue also features Tassiana Aït-Tahar, designer and writer Constance Guisset, Lara Barno and artist Cassi Namoda, reflecting on transformation and the shifting boundaries between the real and the virtual.
