Sara Herrlander (1988) is a swedish documentary photographer and filmmaker. For the past decade she has been exploring similarities between two seemingly different cultures. Sweden with its melancholic introspectiveness alongside the gender fluid unapologetic nature of Berlin. Her work has been exhibited several times in Berlin and this book is published in connection to her participation in fotografiska’s emerging artists installation “water and light” (stockholm, 2026).
