Hard to Explain begins where the first book ended. Someone from my childhood found it in a bookstore and contacted me, forming a relationship that I found difficult to explain. I began writing poems about it, and that's how the book came about: a collection of photographs and writings in English about relationships, identity, death, and pleasure. An exercise in translating emotions into words, and an attempt to understand everything that I find difficult to explain.
